Designer duo Asha and Gautam Gupta promoting Make in India concept through Kargha- a saree festival which exhibits latest amalgamation with the Indian handloom weaves adopted from various clusters of India i.e. Pochampally, Patan, Uppada, Paithan and Banaras. This latest collection has been exclusively designed by incorporating several art and crafts like Ikat, Batik, Patola, Paithani etc.
“It is our endeavor to promote handlooms and incorporate more clusters. Collaborating with weavers from these new clusters will be a great journey for "asha gautam", said designer Gautam Gupta.<br></br>
The latest collection showcases vibrant shades of fuchsia red, flamingo pink, storm blue, imperial purple and similar fabulous colours.
One can experience this saree festival (13th -18th July) and bring home some vibrant colours from asha gautam Store at D-29, Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi.
